Symptom:  When using the ‘Messages’ section of the client software and ‘Choose Groups’ is selected, a list of available groups appears with boxes next to each.  When you attempt to place a check in the box it appears as the mouse button is pressed, but disappears as soon as the button is released.  It is not possible to place a check that will stay for any of the groups.

 

Workaround: Log out of the client software and log back on with the same user name but make sure it is all in CAPATAL LETTERS.  The password you are using should not be altered in any way.
